Major Responsibilities

The IAM Analyst is responsible for protecting Ensono and clients identity and access and is responsible for safeguarding critical and confidential information belonging to Ensono and its clients.This position facilitates identity and access management, recommending improvements and corrections for current internal processes; perform ticket management and participate in internal and external project meetings. Effectively communicates department and organization policies and procedures regarding Information Security and Identity and Access Management to associates and leadership to ensure compliant practices. Provides guidance on optimizing security with appropriate minimum necessary standards. Advise on client onboarding, integration with Ensono systems, and minimizing risks associated with integration between the client and Ensono.The IAM Analyst works independently, holds team and organization level responsibilities and leads small to medium scale projects. Review tickets, workflow, and level of effort to determine what can be automated and optimized.Additional responsibilities or exposure to include:

• Collaborating in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and support of access control.
• Ensure all evidence of authorization is documented and archived according to internal standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC.
• For systems and software applications in scope for the IAM Team, reconcile discrepancies between access rights assigned and access rights required for users to perform job duties.
• Assist IAM Engineers in troubleshooting issues with IAM tools and processes.
• Assist with application upgrades, evaluation of new technology, settings, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or in collaboration with other Information Technology teams and/or stakeholders, while adhering to internal service standards.
• Enforce organizational policies and procedures to ensure only authorized personnel have access to information in compliance with the minimum necessary standards.
• Participate in ongoing auditing and risk assessments, and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Develop system access and security implementation plans derived from operational customer needs and requests.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on standard operating procedures, system configurations, and technical settings for internal team use, end user support, and other Information Technology teams as needed.
• Assist in efficiency improvements by recommending process changes as well as developing solutions to automate and orchestrate repeatable tasks for IAM.

• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• CC (Certified in CyberSecurity)
• CAP (Certified Authorization Professional)
• CISSP (Certified Information Security Systems Professional)
• CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer)
• Any other certifications or credentialing from a reputable credentialing authority (ISC2, ISACA, PMI, etc.)

Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesRequired Skills

• Identity Management (IdM), Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience as an analyst or engineer, i.e., supporting Okta, IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, Savyint, CyberArk, etc.
• Okta use/experience
• Active Directory use/experience/management
• Ability to work independently with little day to day supervision; self-starter
• Must be a team player
• Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• BS degree in an Information Technology major
