About The Opportunity

Healthcare — Acute hospital care and critical care services. We provide inpatient, emergency and intensive care services to communities in Rajasthan, focusing on high-quality, timely clinical care in district and regional hospital settings. Position: ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) — on-site at Shahpura (Bhilwara), Rajasthan.Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site ICU RMO coverage: assess, stabilise and manage critically ill adult patients and execute timely escalation to specialty consultants.
  • Lead resuscitation and emergency interventions including advanced airway management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation; titrate vasoactive infusions and manage haemodynamic support per protocols.
  • Perform invasive procedures as required: central venous and arterial line insertions, bedside blood draws, and point-of-care ultrasound assessments.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation — admission notes, progress records, drug charts, ventilator logs and discharge summaries — and ensure medicolegal compliance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care: order investigations, communicate with consultants/families, participate in handovers, and follow infection control and ICU bundle protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ventilator management
  • Advanced airway management
  • Central venous catheter insertion
  • Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS)

Preferred

  • Arterial line insertion
  • Experience with ICU electronic medical records / documentation systems
  • Familiarity with sepsis management bundles and infection control protocols

Essential Qualifications

  • MBBS required. Candidates with BAMS / BHMS / BUMS with demonstrable ICU exposure will be considered.
  • Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council and authorization to practise in India.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Shahpura (Bhilwara), Rajasthan and participate in rotational shifts and on-call rosters.
