Key Responsibilities: * Meticulously prepare the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures. * Ensure all surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are perfectly sterilized, accounted for, and functioning flawlessly. * Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, specialists, and surgeons with proactive support. * Maintain an impeccably organized and sterile operating environment at all times. * Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards. * Assist with patient positioning and transfer, ensuring comfort and safety.
