Key Responsibilities: Collect and label patient samples (blood, urine, sputum, etc.) following standard procedures. Report abnormal results or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately. Assist in inventory management of lab consumables and reagents. Required Qualifications: Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent. Registration with the relevant Paramedical Council Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a clinical lab setup (preferred). Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and testing methods.
