The role involves supervising Ayushman Mitra, ensuring timely claim processing, compliance with scheme guidelines, and coordinating with government authorities and empanelled patients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Ayushman Bharat Schemes of Hospital. Coordinate with doctors, Ayushman Mitras, and departments for smooth patient onboarding and documentation. Ensure timely registration, verification, and e-card generation for eligible beneficiaries. Oversee the preparation and submission of pre-authorization requests on the TMS portal. Monitor and ensure timely claim submissions, approvals, and disbursals. Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, discharges, treatment packages, and claims. Act as the hospital’s single point of contact (SPOC) for district/state Ayushman authorities. Strong knowledge of BIS (Beneficiary Identification System) and TMS (Transaction Management System). Proficient in computer use – MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data entry. Good communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of government health schemes. Analytical mindset for tracking claims and resolving rejections.
