PEDIATRIC ICU STAFF

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric ICU Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and family support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous monitoring and nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments with accuracy.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency interventions.
• Operate and monitor life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Document patient condition, treatment, and progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, families, and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Provide emotional support to children and their families during critical situations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. / GNM Nursing with valid registration (INC / State Nursing Council).
• Minimum 2years of experience in PICU / ICU preferred (Freshers with strong interest in pediatric critical care may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing practices and ICU protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
