1. Job Title: Tririga Developer Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement IBM Tririga applications including custom forms, workflows, and reports. Build and configure Tririga modules such as Lease Management, Space Management, Capital Projects, Facility Maintenance, and Request Central. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create and modify Tririga BIRT reports and dashboards. Optimize system performance and handle integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tririga development. Strong knowledge of Tririga Object Migration Tool (OMT), Tririga Application Platform, and DataConnect. Experience with BIRT reporting, JavaScript, and Tririga Workflows. Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to IBM WebSphere or WAS Liberty Server. Knowledge of real estate or facilities domain is a plus. 2. Job Title: Tririga Tester Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare test plans and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for Tririga applications. Validate Tririga modules: Lease, Space, Projects, Maintenance, and Sustainability. Develop automated test scripts using Selenium or any other relevant tool. Log, track, and verify defects in ALM or Jira. Work closely with the development and support team to validate fixes. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in Tririga testing. Strong understanding of Tririga workflows, forms, and module behavior. Experience in manual testing and defect lifecycle management. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with automated testing tools. Knowledge of Tririga version upgrades and associated regression challenges. 3. Job Title: Tririga Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 support for Tririga users and system incidents. Analyze issues across modules like Facility Maintenance, Lease, Capital Projects, and Space Management. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and integrations. Document standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in Tririga application support. Proficient in incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy). Good understanding of Tririga platform and its configuration components. Good-to-Have Skills: Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript/SQL). Experience with cloud or containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage. 4. Job Title: Tririga Upgrade Developer Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute Tririga platform and application upgrades (e.g., from v10.x to v11.x). Perform impact analysis and validate custom workflows, reports, and forms post-upgrade. Migrate configurations using OMT and troubleshoot version conflicts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless upgrade with minimal downtime. Maintain backup strategies and rollback plans during upgrades. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of Tririga experience with at least 2 full-cycle upgrade projects. Deep understanding of Tririga architecture, upgrade tools, and patching processes. Familiar with compatibility issues across modules and integration touchpoints. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in scripting and automation for upgrade tasks. Knowledge of change and release management processes.
