Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IBM BPM Architect with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing business process management solutions using IBM BPM.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive business process management solutions using IBM BPM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for business processes and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to business processes and systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for business process management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of IBM BPM architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience in designing and implementing business process management solutions using IBM BPM.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of business process management principles and practices.
