Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters
The RDS ACE BAU and Migration project involves supporting and maintaining existing IBM Integration Bus (IIB) services on the AWS E2 platform, while also leading the migration of these services to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) on AWS EKS. The role also includes supporting and migrating IBM MQ services to AWS EKS using StatefulSets. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in integration technologies, cloud platforms, and container orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for both IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS. Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Lead or assist in the migration of IBM MQ to AWS EKS, leveraging Stateful Sets for high availability and persistence. Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes. Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments. Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines. Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.
