Collaborate with academic, administrative, and support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain detailed, professional records of all parent communications, meetings, and outcomes.

Ensure that all safeguarding protocols are followed diligently.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For
Warm, approachable, and empathetic personality.
Strong communication, listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organised and diligent in following processes and documentation protocols.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in sensitive situations.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to engage with diverse families.
Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in student wellbeing or pastoral care in a school environment (international school experience preferred).
Proven track record in relationship management and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated excellence in maintaining detailed and confidential records.
If you are passionate about student wellbeing, committed to process excellence, and driven to ensure every parent feels heard and supported, we invite you to apply and help us create a community where every learner thrives.
