As an Admission Officer, you will play a vital role in attracting, evaluating, and enrolling qualified students who align with our school's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and guardians, providing accurate information about our school's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
Schedule parent meetings based on inquiries and meet with them to give them a detailed understanding of our curriculum, offerings etc. Conduct interactions, assessments, and evaluations of prospective students.
Coordinate with academic coordinators and involve them in the admission process to ensure conversion.
Participate in recruitment events, including open houses, school fairs, and information sessions, both on and off-campus, to attract prospective students and promote our institution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to enhance the school's visibility and attract qualified candidates.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in admission policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to admissions, including applicant data, acceptance rates, and enrolment statistics.
Assist in the orientation and on boarding of new students and their families.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Atleast 4-5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, preferable in an International School setting or a related field is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the IB and Cambridge educational systems, admission requirements, and enrolment procedures is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events and admissions-related activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
