Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IB MYP Coordinator to lead the Middle Years Programme at our residential school in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation of the MYP framework, ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices while fostering a holistic, student-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the IB MYP across all subject groups.
• Provide academic leadership and support to MYP teachers through training, mentoring, and collaborative planning.
• Ensure compliance with IB policies and manage communication with the IB organization.
• Coordinate curriculum development, assessment practices, and reporting aligned with MYP guidelines.
• Organize MYP-specific events, such as the Personal Project and interdisciplinary units.
• Work closely with the Principal, academic heads, and boarding staff to support student well-being and academic progress in a residential setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
• IB-certified with a minimum of 3 years of MYP teaching and/or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of the IB philosophy and MYP curriculum framework.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to live on campus and actively participate in the residential life of the school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
