Job Summary

IATA

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international airline ticket bookings
Create and manage PNRs using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Process ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds
Ensure compliance with IATA rules, fare policies, and airline procedures
Assist customers with travel-related queries and documentation
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth travel operations
Maintain booking records and ensure accuracy of travel data

Required Skills & Qualifications

IATA Certified (Mandatory / Preferred)
0.6 months in travel or airline operations
Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and fare rules
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

Preferred Skills

Exposure to international ticketing
Understanding of refunds, reissues, and BSP processes
