IATA Aviation Trainer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IATA Aviation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering IATA-certified training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and safety standards of aviation professionals. This role includes conducting interactive classroom and online sessions, workshops, and seminars in compliance with IATA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IATA-certified training programs and courses in accordance with international standards.

• Conduct training sessions that cover practical and theoretical aspects of aviation, including passenger ground services, airline operations, safety, and regulations.

• Facilitate both classroom and virtual instructor-led training, engaging a diverse, multicultural student body.

• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.

• Keep up to date with the latest IATA standards, procedures, and industry best practices.

• Assist students with overcoming technical and training-related challenges during virtual sessions.

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align training delivery with academy goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry or aviation training, preferably with hands-on experience in IATA-related courses.

• Proven experience in delivering instructor-led training, both in-person and virtually.

• Strong understanding of IATA regulations, operational standards, and training content.

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with virtual classroom platforms.

• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet diverse learner needs and maintain high engagement levels.

• Must have MBA in Aviation Management and IATA Certification

Desirable:

• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.

• Familiarity with the latest virtual training technologies and tools.
