Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Tools & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of:

    SailPoint, ServiceNow (SNOW), ARS, BB UEM, PuTTY

  • Proficient in managing user accounts and access permissions across enterprise systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical IAM-related issues and access failures.

2. Core IAM Activities (BAU)

  • Execute day-to-day IAM operations across the organization.
  • Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning, access modifications, and lifecycle management.
  • Support IT & Security operations for account management and access requests.
  • Maintain, update, and administer SOPs related to IAM processes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

3. Access Control & Governance

  • Ensure access control is accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational security guidelines.
  • Work with technical and non-technical teams to validate access needs and ensure proper authorization.
  • Handle access review activities, periodic audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with application owners and cross-functional teams to validate role-based access.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and review security and access-related reports such as:
    • Access Request Reports
    • User Provisioning Reports
    • Authentication Reports
    • Weekly/Monthly BAU & Project Status Reports
  • Analyze access control reports to identify risks and ensure compliance.

5. Shift & Task Management

  • Manage assigned projects and daily tasks independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Handle shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of BAU operations and project deliverables.

6. Team Collaboration & Training

  • Collaborate closely with IT, security, and multiple business departments for access approval and information gathering.
  • Provide training on newly onboarded applications to team members.
  • Mentor junior team members to build their confidence in handling IAM requests and tasks.
  • Demonstrate a clear vision for IAM execution aligned with organizational goals.

7. Communication & Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical IAM concepts to non-technical users and stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
