IAM Operations & Access Management Engineer


Experience : 2-4 years

Work Mode:

5 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Location:

Primary Skills (Mandatory – Top 3):

  • IAM Operations / Access Management – Application & User Lifecycle Administration
  • Active Directory (User, Group, OU, Access, and Role Management)
  • Privileged Accounts & Access Management (PIM / PAM)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Azure AD / Entra ID Administration
  • PowerShell Scripting for Access Automation
  • MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO Support
  • ServiceNow or ITSM Ticket Handling

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform

    IAM Operations

    including

    user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications

    for enterprise applications.
  • Administer

    Active Directory

    (User, Group, OU, and GPO management) and ensure accurate access assignments.
  • Manage

    Privileged Accounts

    and monitor elevated access via

    PIM / PAM tools

    .
  • Execute

    Access Reviews

    , entitlement cleanups, and

    compliance-based access audits

    .
  • Handle

    daily access requests, incident and change tasks

    through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Support

    application onboarding/offboarding

    and access approval workflows.
  • Maintain

    documentation and audit trails

    for all access operations.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce

    identity governance and policy compliance

    .
