In our journey of redefining digital innovation and attaining exceptional business success, we are expanding our IAM team and looking for skilled professionals with IAM infrastructure expertise. **Role Overview:** - Administration of the One Identity tool and management of integrated identities and services. - Operations and Level 2 support for the One Identity Manager environment. - Onboarding various organizations to the IAM infrastructure. - Understanding the entire IAM environment, including Active Directory multi-forest environments, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL Server. - Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing bugs during and after IAM release versions. - Ensuring the health of the IAM environment by monitoring its availability, performance, and functionality. - Managing identities and services integrated with the One IDM tool and supporting organizational integration with the IAM infrastructure. - Collaborating with onshore development and project teams to provide solutions and assistance during project releases, testing, and operational support. - Managing incidents, problems, and changes within the IAM infrastructure. - Documenting and updating IAM processes and operating procedures. - Using software development tools (e.g., JIRA) to handle various IAM-related tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, focusing on IAM technologies like One Identity or similar IAM tools. - A graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Cloud and server technologies are a plus. - Experience in One Identity tool operations or similar IAM tools. - Knowledge of Windows Server technologies, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and network technologies. - Experience in MS SQL (single and cluster configuration). - Familiarity with incident, problem, and change process handling. - Strong understanding of IAM solutions with in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks, and governance.
