ROLE: IAM Engineer

LOCATION: Bengaluru

Job Description:

• Individual contributors provide organisational related support or service (administrative or clerical) OR roles operating in a "hands on" environment in support of daily business activities (e.g., technical, production or craft levels). The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Work typically requires a high school degree or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Working with a Team of Identity and Access Management experts, operating from Australia and our global offices to position Kmart as a leader in IDAM execution. Leading identity management projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards. Hands on skills while working with IGA Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and platforms and different IAM/PAM Technologies.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Providing technical leadership in the implementation of identity solutions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Identifying potential risks in identity projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into identity management strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

• candidates should have worked on Saviynt and Beyond Trust
• Demonstrated experience in driving identity management projects with a focus on successful delivery.
• Strong technical background in identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as Beyond Trust, Saviynt Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
• Assist project and application teams with Active Directory integration patterns using AD and Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS & Azure Federation and SSO patterns Proactively identify gaps and develop solutions to routine problems
