IAM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Scripting:

  Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM operations, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows. Integrate with

  Microsoft Graph API

  for automation of user, group, and license management.

• Identity & Access Management:

  Administer and support

  on-premises Active Directory

  and

  Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  , including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access policies, and identity synchronization. Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least-privilege principles.

• Microsoft 365 & Teams Management:

  Handle user provisioning, license management, and access configurations across

  Microsoft 365

  applications and

  Teams

  .

• Security & Compliance:

  Work with

  Managed Identities

  ,

  Azure Key Vault

  , and

  Windows LAPS

  to enhance system security and key management. Implement and troubleshoot

  SAML 2.0

  and

  OIDC

  integrations for third-party applications. Conduct periodic access governance and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to security policies.

• IAM Reporting & Dashboards:

  Generate and maintain IAM metrics, dashboards, and audit reports to track system access, compliance, and automation KPIs.

• Service Management:

  Handle IT service requests and incident management using

  Freshservice ITSM

  , ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified:

  Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)

  or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a

  24x7 or global IT support

  environment.
