Job Description

Responsibilities Implement and administrate infrastructure and solutions that support the IBM Cloud infrastructure and operations. Support the compliance and security integrity of the environment. Partner with other service teams, functional managers and program managers to deliver mission-critical services to the market Support development of new and enhance existing capabilities for our compute infrastructure services Provide 24X7 technical escalation support for Redhat infrastructure Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure or relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure design, engineering, and support 5+ years of experience in IT Change, Incident, Problem, Asset management 5+ years of infrastructure engineer with proven record for delivering high-quality, large-scale solutions 3+ years of hands-on working knowledge with Redhat User Interface (RUI) 2+ years of hands-on working knowledge with Ansible and Terraform. Working knowledge with one or more programming languages:Bash, Python, and Ruby Working knowledge with one or more key infrastructure tools/products:Active Directory, Chef, etc. Highly responsible, motivated, results oriented and ability to work with minimal direction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Cloud) are a plus. Preferred technical and professional experience Working knowledge with Monitoring technologies:Zabbix (preferred), Splunk, etc. Working knowledge with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluent, and GitHub ITIL Foundation V4 certification is a plus Ability to understand compliance controls/requirements and implement solutions to address identified gaps Working knowledge with Network and Storage technologies
