Knowledge in Hydraulics system and components, Hydraulic standards, Machine design, basic calculation required for structural rigidity.
• CAD Tool : SolidWorks (Not mandatory)
• Working knowledge on routing, Material selection for hoses, tubes & fittings
• Working Knowledge on component selections such as Pumps, cylinders, valves, filters, hoses & fittings
• Hydraulics power unit design /Reservoir & Manifold design
• Component selections and systems by verifying the specs thru calculations
• Experience in off Highway vehicles domain.
• Application knowledge of the above components in Industrial or Mobile hydraulic Systems
• Experience in drafting standards and GD&T and basic design approach skills
• Experience in handling large assemblies and top-down approach of modelling.
