Key Responsibilities: • Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of hydraulic systems in heavy industrial equipment such as stacker cum reclaimers, wagon tipplers, ship loaders/unloaders, and conveyors. • Oversee inspection and servicing of hydraulic power packs, cylinders, hoses, accumulators, proportional valves, and control systems. • Ensure zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. • Execute root cause analysis (RCA) for hydraulic failures and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for critical spares and system upgrades. • Supervise hydraulic erection and commissioning during installation and shutdown projects. • Provide on-site technical training and mentoring to junior staff and technicians. • Maintain detailed documentation of system health, maintenance logs, and shutdown activities using CMMS tools. Services Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants in CHP as well as AHP Segments Loading / Unloading of shipments in Major Ports of India Supply of Material Handling Equipment such as Belt Trippers, Idlers, Pulleys, Flap Gates. Execution of complete Electrical and Automation works such as Small Scale Transformers, Traction Convertor, Electrical Control Cabinet, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Auxiliary Convertor. ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES: 1. Finalization of Consultant 2. Verification of Layout, GA drawings & Calculation 3. Drawing submission to client & follow-up upto approval 4. Submission of Elec Feeder list 5. Selection and Finalization of Equipment Spec. & BOQ 6. Finalization of Mandatory spares for Mech items 7. Preparation of BBU 8. Raising of various PR for Equipment enquiry 9. Vendor offer Evaluation 10. Vendor drawing approval 11. Verification of Tech. Fab. drawings 12. Clarification to site & vendors for drawing related works 13. Preparation and submission of As-Built drawings QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. BE - Mechanical PREFERRED SKILLS: 1.
