About the Role – Hybrid Fashion Design Assistant

This isn’t a basic assistant job. This is a founder-track position in disguise. You’ll work side by side with the creative and operations team across apparel manufacturing, design R&D, production pipelines, client development, and other NXN verticals. You’re not just sketching — you’re strategizing, coordinating factories, understanding markets, building moodboards, and turning samples into scalable products.

Your role is a mashup of fashion designer, production wizard, brand brain, and creative ops — all in one.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle fashion design & sampling from idea to execution (garment development, tech packs, etc.)
• Work directly with manufacturers, suppliers & NXN's in-house production teams
• Collaborate on photo shoots, campaign moodboards, and collection narratives
• Dive into business operations — pricing, margins, cost sheets, inventory
• Contribute to projects across branding, visual communication, and content creation
• Help streamline multiple client projects in parallel
• Work across fashion, product, space design and digital media (depending on your skill set)

• Is a fashion grad (or just madly talented without the degree)
• Is obsessed with details, fabrics, cuts, and silhouettes
• Thinks like a founder: takes ownership, is proactive, finds solutions
• Can manage chaos, keep things moving, and thrive in a high-energy creative space
• Wants to work across verticals and build a multidisciplinary career
• Knows basics of Adobe Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, and Fashion Tech Packs
• Has a passion for building brands, not just working for them
