Hybrid-Business Analyst/project Manager

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager for Agentic AI/ Vertex AI, your role will involve translating business objectives into scalable AI agent solutions on Vertex AI Agent Builder. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting stakeholder requirements, defining agent goals and playbook instructions, configuring data grounding with Vertex AI Search and custom datastores, establishing evaluation metrics and A/B testing protocols, coordinating integrations via Integration Connectors and API Hub, and leading user acceptance testing and change management to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business objectives into scalable AI agent solutions on Vertex AI Agent Builder - Elicit and document stakeholder requirements - Define agent goals and playbook instructions - Configure data grounding with Vertex AI Search and custom datastores - Establish evaluation metrics and A/B testing protocols - Coordinate integrations via Integration Connectors and API Hub - Lead user acceptance testing and change management Qualifications Required: - Experience in understanding and managing Requirements Gathering, Vertex AI based solutions, Agent Based Workflows, Playbooks, Data Grounding, KPI, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Google Cloud, Reporting, Workflow Design, Model Evaluation, Stakeholder Management, Data Science, A/B Testing, UAT, Process Automation In this role, you will also be required to define agent goals, workflows, and playbooks aligned with business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to document processes and translating needs into technical specifications will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will evaluate agent performance using data analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing, leveraging data science and visualization tools to generate actionable business insights. Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and process automation initiatives, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, and ensuring solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned with organizational strategy will be key aspects of your role.,
