Job Description

Skills:

HVAC Systems, VRV/VRF Systems, Refrigeration, HVAC, DX units, VRF, ductable systems, (Variable Refrigerant Flow,

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including ductable units, VRF systems, and DX units
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC performance issues to reduce downtime and ensure system efficiency
Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify and fix potential problems early
Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in service logs and reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies at all times
Work independently or within a team to execute tasks effectively and on time
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or ITI / Diploma in HVAC or a related technical field
35 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems
Proven working knowledge of VRF systems, ductable units, and DX units
Valid HVAC Technician Certification (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willing to be on-call and respond to urgent service requests
