Job Title: HVAC Technician

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: 2 – 8 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc.)
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in systems
• Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection
• Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and service manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete job documentation
• Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors for project completion

Key Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience with tools, gauges, and testing devices
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Good communication and reporting skills
