Job Title: HVAC Technician Company: Max Aircon Pune Location: Pune, India Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in HVAC maintenance, immediate joiner preferred Job Description: Max Aircon Pune is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in VRV system maintenance. This position requires an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including VRV systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Conduct regular checks on equipment components such as compressors, motors, and controls to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC units and related components, including ductwork, thermostats, and air filters. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any relevant observations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC maintenance to continually improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on maintenance work. Strong expertise in VRV system maintenance is essential. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues efficiently. Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC maintenance and repair. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred. Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
