HVAC Technician

As an experienced HVAC Technician, your role will involve handling the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold storage, chiller systems, and cassette-type air conditioning units in both industrial and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems such as chillers, cassette AC units, AHUs, and cold storage systems (Ammonia/Freon-based). - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control panels. - Monitor and regulate temperature and humidity levels within cold storage chambers. - Diagnose system malfunctions, replace faulty components, and ensure optimal performance. - Maintain detailed service and maintenance logs for all HVAC and refrigeration equipment. - Conduct leak tests, refrigerant recovery, and pressure testing according to standards. - Collaborate with the maintenance and operations team to minimize equipment downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and energy efficiency standards. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cassette units, AHUs, and cold storage refrigeration. - Understanding of refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical circuits. - Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. - Familiarity with PLC-based systems and temperature sensors is preferred. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and team coordination skills.
