Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an HVAC Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee the installation of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include supervising the HVAC team, managing team, contractors, vednors and client. The role involves coordinating daily operations, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and to complete the hvac project to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading a team
• Expertise in HVAC systems
• Managing complex hvac projects
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or a related field are preferred
• Experience in a similar role in the cooling solutions industry is a plus
