HVAC Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics. Your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC/R systems, ensuring completion of routine preventative maintenance checks, and responding promptly to emergency facility maintenance requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and support customer project requirements, ensure accurate data capture on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms, and manage the assignment of work orders to technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems - Ensure routine preventative maintenance checks are completed - Respond immediately to emergency facility maintenance requirements - Coordinate and support customer project requirements - Ensure accurate data capture on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms - Manage and assign work orders to technicians - Ensure safety and compliance with safety standards - Provide orientation and training on safety procedures - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements - Manage and motivate a team of HVAC technicians - Evaluate performance of team members - Provide training and development opportunities - Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HVAC/R systems troubleshooting and maintenance - Ability to provide technical guidance and supervision - Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations - Experience managing a team of technicians - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
