HVAC Supervisor

As an HVAC Supervisor at a reputed food industry company in Qatar, your role involves supervising and leading HVAC team operations in a food processing plant. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including Chillers and VRF/VRC systems. Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning will be a key aspect of your job. It is essential to maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations applicable in food industry environments and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. Additionally, preparing work reports and documentation for audits and inspections will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead HVAC team operations in a food processing plant. - Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including Chillers and VRF/VRC systems. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning. - Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations applicable in food industry environments. - Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure minimal downtime. - Prepare work reports and documentation for audits and inspections. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC supervision in an industrial setup (preferably food factories). - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Chillers and VRF/VRC systems. - Ability to troubleshoot, plan, and lead teams under pressure. - Good communication skills in English. - Must be able to manage documentation and reporting in English.,
