HVAC Site Supervisor

As an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor at Complete Cooling Solutions LLP, based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of ongoing HVAC projects, focusing on VRF and Chiller systems. Your responsibilities will include site coordination, installation supervision, quality assurance, and client communication across various project locations in North India. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for HVAC projects, particularly focusing on VRF, Chillers, and allied systems. - Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and timelines. - Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow. - Generate daily progress reports, take site measurements, and handle documentation. - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the internal project team to resolve technical and operational issues. - Uphold compliance with safety standards and quality procedures at the site. - Monitor material requirements and maintain accurate inventory records for ongoing works. - Provide support for testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling HVAC projects, with a preference for VRF and Chiller systems. - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email correspondence for effective documentation and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple sites and willingness to travel as required. - Team player with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
