· Generate new leads for HVAC projects through site visits, calls, emails, and digital platforms
· Promote HVAC solutions including VRF, Chillers, Split & Central AC systems
· Meet architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients for business development
· Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals
· Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
· Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:· Experience in HVAC sales or building services sales preferred
· Good knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC solutions
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to generate leads independently
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Experience:· 2 to 5 years in HVAC or related sales field
