Hvac Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair

  industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems

  , including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment equipment.

• Monitor and operate

  automated control systems such as

  SCADA, FMCS, and DDC

  .
• Interpret

  O&M manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  to perform accurate installations and maintenance.
• Conduct

  inspections, diagnostics, and performance tests

  to identify and correct system malfunctions.
• Perform

  precision repairs

  , including

  pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work

  .
• Execute

  preventive maintenance

  taskssystem charging, filter replacement, lubrication, and calibration.
• Research and source replacement parts, components, and materials as required.
  
• Apply expertise across a variety of mechanical systems, including

  boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, evaporators, control systems, heaters, A/C units, and pollution abatement systems

  .
• Modify and upgrade systems to meet changing

  space utilization

  and

  operational requirements

  .
