Role & responsibilities Hands on Commissioning of BMS, DDC, solution proposed for the Digital Buildings Portfolio. Role entails working on site to deploy customized engineering solution as per customer requirements. • Sound understanding on various BMS protocols like Modbus IP, BACnet IP, OPC, MQTT, REST API, etc • Sound in maintaining documentation, sending weekly updates, executing large projects, having good know how of standardization, libraries & their importance in field of commissioning. • Hands on Commissioning of FAS & Security IP based solution proposed for the Digital Buildings which includes working at various customer sites • Work closely with the customer / consultant community to discuss technical solutions, build relationships within the community and leverage the right offer technically. • Work with design as well as project team to deploy technical vital solution in entire project cycle. • Good understanding on pre-commissioning checks, commissioning process, coordination with service providers as well as other stake holders in project while executing commissioning activities. • Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical services, Networking of BMS Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as in BMS software DDC, FAS & Security System with know-how of programming in field of fit outs, industry, buildings, data center. • Good commissioning experience with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills. • Ability to do moderate or complex DDC program with sound knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical etc) Product Lines: DDC, Building Management System (BMS), IBMS

1. Trouble shooting of PLC controls and automation system 2. Perform diagnostics on Control wiring and Communication networks 3. Installation, Calibration, Program to Maintain the PLC system 4.Documentation for all work performed and control sequences. 5. Qualifications & Experience 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanical Minimum of 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience.

Support the pre-sale technical support activities, including generating IO summaries and controller selection for BMS and CPM/CPO projects. Prepare technical submittals for client proposals, including system designs, and MEP drawings. Conduct site surveys to assess existing systems, understand customer requirements, and gather necessary data for designing control systems. Programming and configuring Direct Digital Controllers (DDC), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Protocol Converters for automation systems and provide an interface to applications over standard protocols like BACnet/IP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into larger automation solutions. Provide support for commissioning of DDC/PLC or Protocol converter systems, including system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the system meets design specifications. Support installation teams on-site and assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and system optimization during commissioning. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Proven experience in BMS, IBMS, DDC, PA, CCTV, FAS, HVAC, GSS, Leak water Deduction & Security System with know-how of designing in field of fit outs, industry, buildings, data center. • Proven experience in CPM (Chiller Plant Manager) • Experience in selecting IT hardware, NW Hardware, Enclosures, cables, glands, trays etc.,as per RFQ and functional requirements • Designing PLC / BMS cabinet drawings • Ability to do moderate or complex program with sound knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical etc) Experience in preparing shop drawings, cable tray routing drawings, cable schedule, cable BOQ, glands and lugs BOQ • Experience in cable selection, sizing, selection of cable glands and lugs based on RFQ specs and requirement • Proficiency on M580HSBY PLC / DDC System is added advantage. • Knowledge and experience to work on Control Expert/ EBO/Power SCADA/Citect SCADA/Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware Intouch/ Wonderware System Platform is added advantage. • Work experience on soft communication – Modbus (RS 485), Modbus TCP/IP, CanOpen, Profinet, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA, OPC DA, IEC (61850,60870-5). • Understand the customer RFQs and should be able to design the system inline to that. • Good analytical skills to understand customer inputs and Engineering Drawings is mandatory. • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and Power point. • Good communication skills (English - must & Hindi - Preferred.
