Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals with strong experience in sales of HVAC systems, specifically chillers and heat pumps. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and providing technical solutions to customers across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for chillers and heat pumps in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Build strong relationships with HVAC consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers. Conduct technical presentations and solution selling to clients. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate with the engineering and service team for project execution and customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC equipment – specifically chillers, heat pumps, or other central plant solutions. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions. Proven track record of B2B sales in the HVAC industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
