HVAC BIM Modeler

• Develop and manage

  HVAC BIM models

  using industry-standard software for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed

  HVAC layouts, sections, schematics, and shop drawings

  based on design inputs.
• Coordinate HVAC models with

  architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines

  to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Perform

  clash detection

  and support coordination meetings.
• Ensure models comply with

  project specifications, BIM standards, and local/international codes

  .
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate accurate

  BOQs, schedules, and reports

  from BIM models when required.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients in

  spoken and written English

  .
• Support BIM execution plans (BEP) and project documentation.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering

  or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience

  as an HVAC BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in

  Revit MEP

  (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of

  Navisworks

  for clash detection and coordination.
• Good understanding of

  HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts

  .
• Familiarity with

  BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows

  .
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
