Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainer based in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs, developing training materials, coaching employees, and supporting overall human resources functions. Daily tasks will include preparing and delivering interactive training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback to improve skills and knowledge throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Training methods
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR processes
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
• Ability to create engaging training materials and programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in training roles is a plus
