Human Resources System Administrator

You will be responsible for managing all queries and processes related to the Darwinbox HRMS platform. As the primary point of contact for employees and HR teams, you will provide support on Darwinbox functionalities, troubleshooting, and system navigation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries related to Darwinbox. - Handling day-to-day troubleshooting, navigation support, and issue resolution within the Darwinbox system. - Supporting HR teams with configuration, data inputs, and module usage such as Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, Performance, and Recruitment. - Coordinating with the Darwinbox support team for issue escalation and timely resolution. - Conducting basic training and creating user guides for employees and managers on how to use various features of the platform. - Performing regular checks to ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and timely updates in the HRMS. - Generating reports and dashboards using Darwinbox analytics features as required. - Monitoring system workflows and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Requirements for this role include: - 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems support. - Hands-on experience with Darwinbox (preferred) or any other HRMS platform. - Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously. - Familiarity with HR processes like onboarding, attendance, leave management, etc.,
