Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Manager to manage recruitment, payroll, and HR operations at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage HR functions with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

? Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

? Process payroll accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and proper documentation.

? Oversee incentive calculations and disbursement for the sales team.

? Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

? Provide day-to-day HR support and address employee queries.

? Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

Requirements:

? Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

? Min 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll.

? Strong understanding of payroll processes and incentive structures.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
