Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in patna. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing communications with potential hires. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment strategies, including candidate screening and interview techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition tools.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Previous experience in recruiting for various roles across different industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
