Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage and oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and hire candidates to meet organizational needs.Onboarding & Induction: Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth integration of new employees.Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy workplace relations.Performance Management: Assist in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting managers.Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and update them as needed.Payroll & Attendance: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.Training & Development: Identify training needs and arrange learning sessions to enhance employee skills.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.Culture & Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
