As a member of the team responsible for Data Management at Brown-Forman, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and approving HR initiated business processes in Workday (WD). Your primary responsibility will involve supporting reorganizations and other HR initiatives by regularly auditing WD data to ensure a high level of accuracy. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing contracts, verifying the accuracy of hire data in Workday, ensuring pre-hire onboarding completion, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive new hire experience. - Review and approve HR initiated business processes in Workday (WD) - Support reorganizations and other HR initiatives by auditing WD data regularly - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and verifying hire data accuracy in Workday - Ensure pre-hire onboarding is complete and conduct orientation sessions for new hires - Provide timely and accurate information to employees and escalate complex issues to appropriate HR team members - Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist, analyst, or operations role - Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is highly desirable - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Joining Brown-Forman means becoming a part of a company that values the idea that great people build great brands.
