  • Manage recruitment life cycle (screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Manage attendance, leaves, and shift rosters (especially for night operations).
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Support internal communication, training, and HR initiatives.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
