Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes and conduct behavioral interviews - Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements - Develop and implement HR policies to support organizational goals - Conduct performance management to enhance employee productivity - Implement staff training and development programs to enhance skills - Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation - Administer benefits and ensure effective benefits administration processes Qualifications: - Experience in recruitment and behavioral interviewing - Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements - Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies - Skills in performance management and staff training - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with employee engagement and benefits administration - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities - Previous experience in a management role preferred,
