In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic Sales and Aftersales Team, contributing to the growth and success of our dealership. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with a minimum of 3 years" experience in Human Resources. Your role will involve implementing and improving talent acquisition strategies, providing training to managers and employees, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgement are essential qualities for this role. With 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an automobile dealership, you will be based in Jamnagar but may need to travel to our satellite branch once or twice a week.
