Human Resources Manager - Ecommerce & Quick Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR cum PR Manager to oversee human resources functions and manage public relations activities in order to enhance the company's brand image. As the ideal candidate, you will be tasked with talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and maintaining the company's public image through media relations and PR strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, devising strategies to improve employee productivity and satisfaction, as well as maintaining HR documentation such as employee records and reports. In the realm of public relations, you will be required to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to boost brand visibility, manage the company's presence across various social media platforms, ensure consistency in brand messaging through internal and external communications, and collaborate with marketing and social media teams to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
