Human Resources Manager

As an experienced HR Manager at Dropx Logistics, you will be responsible for leading and managing all people-related functions within our growing logistics operations. This role involves overseeing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce management, playing a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and promoting continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate staff and delivery associates, as well as providing guidance to field recruiters handling blue-collar hiring at various hubs. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing training, engagement, and retention programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies, and fostering a performance-driven and positive work culture. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in HR positions within e-commerce logistics companies, which is considered a significant advantage. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume operations. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, as well as excellent communication and people management skills.
