Your Responsibilities:

✅ Post job and internship openings on LinkedIn and other platforms

✅ Screen resumes and LinkedIn profiles to match job requirements

✅ Reach out to candidates and schedule screening calls

✅ Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication and suitability

✅ Maintain candidate trackers and coordinate next steps internally

✅ Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and search filters

🎯 Highly organized and detail-oriented

🎯 Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
