Role Description

This is an unpaid Human Resources Intern position, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience while supporting a fast-growing company. The role involves assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies, managing employee records and benefits, contributing to talent acquisition efforts, and conducting research to support HR projects and initiatives. This is a remote internship, allowing for a flexible and adaptable schedule while participating in meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• An understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including HR Management and Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Relevant academic background or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
